Refund policy
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- Must be in the same condition as delivered
- Must be in original packaging
After the product is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected for:
- Product name / brand / tag / barcode matches original order
- MRP tag is intact and clearly visible
- All accessories, freebies, combos are included
- No stains, usage marks, or damage
- No scratches, dents, tears, or holes
- Packaging is intact and not damaged
- Product is in resellable condition
❗ If any of the above conditions are not met, the return may be rejected
To process a return, you must provide:
- Proof of purchase (Order ID / invoice)
- Valid reason for return
IMPORTANT NOTE
- Do not send products back to the manufacturer
- All returns must go through our official process
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or worn products
- Products with visible signs of usage
- Perishable goods
- Custom-made or printed products
- Hygiene / intimate / personal care items
- Hazardous materials / flammable goods
- Books, magazines, and festival stationery (e.g. Laxmi Diaries)
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable products
🚫 Sale Restrictions:
- Flash sale items
- Clearance / liquidation sale items
- Products bought with special promo or heavy discount
B2B (BULK ORDER) CONDITIONS
For bulk/wholesale (B2B) orders:
- Returns are generally not accepted
- Only defective/damaged items may be considered
- Approval is strictly case-to-case
D2C (RETAIL CUSTOMER) CONDITIONS
For retail (D2C) customers:
- Returns allowed within 7 days (if eligible)
- Exchange preferred over refund (if product available)
EXCHANGES
If your return is approved:
- We will offer a replacement/exchange, depending on availability
If replacement is:
- Not available
- Discontinued
- Not feasible due to logistics cost
➡️ Then a refund may be issued
REFUNDS
If return is approved and not exchanged:
- Refund will be processed after inspection
- Final amount will be calculated after adjusting:
- Discounts
- Offers
- Free gifts
- Referral credits
💳 Refund will be issued as:
- Store credit (default)
- (Optional: you can later allow bank refund if you want)
⏱ Refund timeline:
- Within 4 weeks after product is received and approved
SHIPPING COSTS
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
However:
- In special cases, we may waive return shipping
- Decision is solely at our discretion
If refund is issued:
- Return shipping cost may be deducted
