Exchange Policy
No Return Policy
We currently do not accept returns for preference-based reasons or change of mind. However, exchanges/replacements are supported for damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items as per policy terms.
Replacement / Exchange Eligibility
Customers may request a replacement or exchange within 3 days of delivery only in the following cases:

Claim Support Requirements
To process exchange requests, customers must provide:

Proper unboxing video from start to finish

Clear product images

Order details
To help us resolve claims faster and more accurately, customers are strongly advised to record a complete unboxing video while opening the package.
Claims without adequate proof may not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement or exchange will not be accepted for:

Used products

Physically damaged products after usage

Products without original packaging

Claims raised after 3 days of delivery

Minor outer packaging damage that does not affect product condition
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved in exceptional cases, it will be processed to the original payment source within a reasonable timeline after verification.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch confirmation. Once dispatch has been initiated, cancellation may not be possible.
