To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• Must be in the same condition as delivered
• Must be in original packaging

After the product is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected for:

• Product name / brand / tag / barcode matches original order
• MRP tag is intact and clearly visible
• All accessories, freebies, combos are included
• No stains, usage marks, or damage
• No scratches, dents, tears, or holes
• Packaging is intact and not damaged
• Product is in resellable condition

❗ If any of the above conditions are not met, the return may be rejected

To process a return, you must provide:

• Proof of purchase (Order ID / invoice)
• Valid reason for return
