We provide freight paid shipping to our customers, irrespective of where the customer location is. We use various shipping models like Courier, Cargo, Surface transport or Local delivery mode, depending on the location of the customer. We work with third party logistics companies/ providers in each of these logistics modes to cater to the fastest delivery time requirements of our customers.
Once the customer order is placed, we will dispatch the order within 24-48 hours of order placement, unless there is a holiday as per Indian calendar. If the customer is ordering for the first time, and if we need to confirm the order with the customer, the dispatch shall happen within 24-48 hours of order confirmation by the customer.
The shipment usually takes three to seven working days, depending on the location of the customers. For some far north eastern, tier IV towns/ rural areas and hilly regions of the north, the shipping time could extend to 10-15 days.
The shipment time may extend sometimes because of pandemic restrictions, extreme weather, shipment providers excess load led by festival discounts, and other factors governing the shopping time of the e-commerce operators in India.
